Registration is now open for this year’s Minority Health Conference – Practicing Health as a Human Right: Policy, Ethics and the Law. It will be held in-person at the Friday Center in Chapel Hill, with virtual engagement options. The Minority Health Conference, which is the largest and longest running student-led health conference in the country, aims to raise awareness around minority health and mobilize students, academics, and community members to take action for change. This year’s conference will take place on February 24, 2023 and seeks to examine the factors that have created and impacted health inequities across gender, race, economic status, and other social determinants of health. For students, in-person registration is only $15 and virtual registration is $10! Registration ends when spaces fill up, so reserve your attendance today at minorityhealth.web.unc.edu.
